CornerALU™50 corner bumper with aluminium core

This self-adhesive corner bumper is designed to provide long-lasting protection for 90° wall corners against impacts, abrasion and all types of mechanical damage.

The arms of the aluminium core feature special mounting points containing WallC™ impact-absorbing material. The colour of this filling is selected by the customer by specifying a code from the colour chart. Thanks to this solution, the CornerALU corner guard complements and forms part of the WallC™ wall protection system

It offers a clean and dry installation process and straightforward logistics!

CornerALU™50 with WallC™ is particularly recommended for private premises, children's wards in hospitals, private medical and dental practices, spa centres, schools, nurseries and crèches.

Installation instructions and notes:

1. Order the original Mathey System CornerALU50 product in the required size and colour from the WallC™ range
2. Dispose of the packaging in the waste paper bin (100% paper & cardboard) and the protective stretch film separately
3. Clean the surface onto which the CornerALU™ is to be fitted using a dry cloth (the wall should be primed before painting)
4. Peel off the protective backing from the self-adhesive tape, then fit the CornerALU™ onto the corner of the wall to be protected, pressing it evenly against both side surfaces.
5. Enjoy the benefits of CornerALU™50 and its unique design
6. ! The result depends largely on the quality of the wall finish, any unevenness in the surface, the care taken during preparation (prior priming) and the bonding process itself

The packaging for the CornerALU50 corner buffer with an aluminium core is always made from 100% cardboard and paper. These materials are fully recyclable. Buyers need not worry about separating plastic film, stretch film or plastic tape from the packaging, as all components of our packaging can be disposed of together in the blue paper recycling bin! The packing tape is also made of paper and is FSC-certified, which attests to the conscious and responsible use of resources. We hold the 'Der Grüne Punkt' certification.

For us, the environment is more important than the cost of packaging. Our product is made from just one material, which is 100% recyclable and has the lowest CO₂ carbon footprint - unlike carpet tiles (which consist of many different materials combined together!) and so on.

If you choose our courier, Mathey System will also cover the carbon neutrality fee for your order!
