WALLex™ wall bumper

The matt exterior surface of the bumper offers good resistance to dirt and scratches from chair backs or table legs! Specially designed to allow kitchen grime to be easily wiped away from its surface.

Extremely durable adhesive - very strong, from a reputable manufacturer - allows for virtually unlimited application of the moulding regardless of the surface, e.g. walls, corners, glass or steel.

Installation instructions and notes:

1. Measure the width and length of the wall you intend to protect
2. Order the original WALLex™ product from Mathey System in the correct dimensions
3. Dispose of the entire packaging in the waste paper bin (100% paper & cardboard)
4. Clean the surface onto which WALLex™ is to be installed using a dry cloth, removing any unevenness or fine dust (the wall should also be primed before application)
5. Fit the WALLex™ to the surface to be protected as shown in the photo, from left to right (or vice versa). You can lightly mark the bottom edge of the skirting board with a pencil to ensure an even distance from the floor. Smooth it out by hand, with a soft cloth or with a roller available in the Accessories section.
6. The skirting board can be cut with a standard wallpaper knife; however, as its surface is quite hard, we recommend taking care

! The result depends largely on the quality of the wall finish (the best result is achieved on a plaster skim coat), the care taken during preparation (smoothing the surface - no protruding particles, prior priming, surface cleanliness) and the bonding process itself. Any air pockets that may appear depend on the unevenness of the wall and the type of paint used on the wall. The skirting board has a very durable and strong adhesive! When removing it, paint or fragments of plaster often come away. We recommend carrying out a test application on a small, inconspicuous area of the wall. It takes at least 24 hours for the adhesive particles to bond with the wall surface; we recommend waiting a few days before subjecting the skirting board to full load.
